We offer free shipping for all our customers in the USA. Normally we use United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship your order. However, other logistics providers could be used sometimes.
Our operation team tries to process orders as soon as possible. On average, shipping will be arranged within 1-2 next business day after the purchase.
It takes 10 - 20 business days for the shipment to USA.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking number and tracking link will be sent via email within 24 hours after the order has been shipped.
Lost / Stolen Package
Our customer satisfaction is our top priority so we cover any case of exceptional delay or even loss in transit and offer a free reshipment or a refund.
If the order does not make it to its destination and is delayed in a local post office, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier before receiving a reshipment\refund.
If you have entered the wrong shipping information, you are not eligible for a reshipment or a refund.
While we’re not responsible for lost/stolen packages once the courier marks them as delivered, we’d be happy to help you locate your missing order. Please follow the steps below:
Check with your family or neighbors as it’s possible that one of them received the package on your behalf.
Check exterior doors or other places where the courier may have left your package (e.g. behind a plant). There's a possibility that the courier left the package out of plain sight to ensure its safety (especially since these parcels do not require a signature).
If the package isn’t with your family or neighbors, please contact the courier and inquire about your package using the tracking number you received from our shipping confirmation email. It’s possible that the package is still with them and they just mistakenly scanned it as “Delivered”.
If you still can’t locate the package after this, please let our Customer Support team know that your order is missing and share your order number with them. You may reach our Customer Support team via our contact page.
My Order Hasn't Arrived
If you haven't received your order within 20 business days, your order is eligible for refunds or free reshipment. Please reach our Customer Support team via our contact page.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
There are no additional costs or fees for any USA customers.
