We will provide you with a prepaid return label via email and once we’ve received the item back in good condition and its original packaging, we’ll provide you with a full refund for the item you purchased.


If you’ve paid for shipping, please be advised that we won’t be able to refund the shipping fee as the payment goes directly to our shipping partners. Please also note that all products purchased via limited-time sales events (Black Friday, clearance, etc.) are considered final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please be sure that we will not cover the shipping fee of return.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

We offer a one-year limited warranty.


Mintal Eye Massager is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended uses for one year from the date of your purchase.


The manufacturer will charge a related repair fee which includes material costs and labor if such services are needed for out-of-warranty products.


Our Warranty Does Not Apply to the Following Cases:

  • Products that have been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, floods, earthquakes, or other external causes.,

  • Products that have been damaged during transit, by improper transportation, improper storage, or inadequate care.

  • Products that have been damaged due to unfavorable environmental conditions; for example, corrosion by humidity, by acidity in volcanic environments, or by high salt concentration in the air.

  • Products that have not been used in the ways described in the manufacturer's instructions provided.

  • Products that have been sold with additional conditions and clauses that are not covered under warranty.
